Mr. Venegas provides representation before immigration courts, assists with visa requests before the Department of Homeland Security, and handles consular processing worldwide.
 
Mr. Venegas has many years of experience advising individuals and corporations on immigration and commercial matters in Mexico, the United States and Spain.

His global immigration practice is comprised of advising individuals in naturalization, citizenship and visa applications, as well as companies in placing their employees internationally.

He has received recognition for his work as a volunteer in pro bono initiatives with various organizations, including ProBar in Texas and the Victim's Compensation Fund for the Victims of the September 11th Terrorist Attacks in New York.

Mr. Venegas has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a member of various organizations, including among others, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Houston Maritime Arbitration Association and the Illustrious Bar Association of Mexico (Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de Mexico). He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
